Wow, I could have written that same post! I too am learning that being nice does come at a personal cost and that reluctantly boundaries need to be imposed. It does make you feel a bit guilty though huh? Especially when you're a people pleaser. Truth is though I think the majority of people will understand...as far as the others are concerned well there are always some people who it seems impossible to make happy and you can only do so much. I'm stoked to read that your hubby is doing much better, I was praying for you both very hard!
