My favorite vaycay was my honeymoon! A long winding drive from Utah back to Kansas or the week I spent in Portland with my hubby. You pick.

I'm a long-time fan (you did a FAB job on my blog layout!) but I don't comment very often - I will do better! And I'll answer your questions, although everyone's pretty much covered it!

I'm also in the market for a good camera. I think the difference between an SLR and a DSLR are the tiny ones you can fit in your purse and the big honkin' ones that need their own bag. But I'm not sure which is which, so I'm pretty useless with that...But I'm looking at either a Nikon or a Canon.

Yes, I brushed my teeth. I even used mouthwash!

My fave diet food - um, when I cheat and eat cookies. Haha! (No, seriously.)

Because I'm working with the Young Women right now, the free layout I'd like to see is one geared towards YW and Personal Progress. But that's quite a niche market, so...

The best vaycay I ever took is a tie between Paris for our anniversary last year and SoCal for a family reunion. But they were favorites mostly because we were someplace other than home, and we had a hotel room, so other people cleaned up after us, plus we did lotsa babymakin'! (Sorry if that's TMI, but then I've read A LOT about you, if you know what I mean, so we're kinda close like that.)

I have no idea how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop. I lick it for awhile and then just bite it.

I highly recommend a Nikon D3000. That is the new model of the entry level DSLR I started with, the Nikon D60. Two weeks ago I bought a semi-pro used camera, Nikon D200, but I still keep the D60 for when I'm running errands and don't want to lug the bigger camera.

Anyway, the D3000, is very user friendly, and will give you wonderful images, as long as you read the manual and keep the setting OFF of Auto. It irks me when people get a DSLR and keep it on auto; it's no different than a point and shoot when they use it that way.

What is a good camera to buy? I'm in the market...I have a Canon Eos 450D - I think it's called a Rebel XT or something over there. I love it...easy to use and relatively cheap. Not sure what kind of camera you are looking for - mine is DSLR

I can't believe I missed the day as well!
Not only did I brush my teeth, wash my face, shower and wash my hair (first thing in the morning), I put on make-up (not just mascara but eyeshadow and lipstick as well) and wore a skirt! Why? A meeting with my union's solicitor. Oh and I even wore perfume. I got LOTS of compliments and attention from hubby and guess I need to stop slobbing around even when it's a normal at home day;)

Re free layouts - my bias turns to education and reading! Of course with Valentines Day next month - love is in the air so something red and white would be great!
