4. Good acting is now defined by how well you react to nothing (i.e. a green screen.) And how well you cover your mark. (i.e. the giant "X" that marks where you should be standing.)5. Sound guy: "I have an idea! Let's use the SAME "metal swoosh" and "heavy bass" sounds throughout the entire movie! No one will notice."
Michael Bay: "Good idea. Let's go with it."
6. I was about to mention something about how it's SO unrealistic that the transformers have "breath" - but then I realized it's a movie about alien robots.
7. I usually don't carry a sweat towel around with me while running for my life, but Shia and Megan SOO thought of that! How else do they go from dripping shiny wet in one scene, to nice and matte in the next?? Good thinking!
It was the PERFECT summer movie. Lots of action, lots of good-looking people, lots of semi-witty borderline inappropriate and uncomfortable humor, etc.. But I have no idea what the plot was about. Something about robots...I wasn't really paying attention. Was there even a script? If there was, it must have said things like {truck transforms into robot} and {30 consecutive minutes of Shia and Megan running in various directions from various things we will CG in later.}

Even my husband, who would do Megan in a second, mentioned the scene from the picture you posted. He said, "Now, you know she wouldn't really paint that motorcycle like that." I was so happy he pointed it out so I didn't have to. I still loved it. It was funny, action packed and Megan Fox wore a lot of tight clothing. I got what I expected.
It's funny, my husband said the same exact thing the previous post mentioned. We loved it. A little too much Megan Fox but it was good.
After reading all the terrible reviews I was nervous to see it but my future mr and I really liked it. I know have a crush on Shia and a girl crush on Megan, LOL.

It's a shame really, because I did like the first movie, surprisingly a lot.
Hubs came home from seeing #2 with one of his buddies and he said they left feeling like dirty old men (they're both 37).
And that motorcycle shot - zoweeeee - at least she was well, ahem, groomed.

As for never eating, I console myself with the fact that Megan Fox is entirely plastic. Yes, she is, in fact, just a mass of plastic surgery.
I wrote a review today also, but didn't rate it as high as you. The action and SPX was good, but I was so sorry my kids were in the theater with us. They took a kids action cartoon and made it way too adult.

I loved that movie, and still have crushes on Tyrese and Jush Dummel and now have a new crush on Shia:)
Oh my! haven't seen the movie yet, but that reminds me of these other movies where the husbands get home and their wife looks really nice, all dressed up, with a nice dinner waiting on the table, the kids are clean and dressed waiting to eat, wife is all happy.... please we all know that isn't true!

I'm excited to see Transformers, even though I've heard mixed reviews. Like you said, at least watching Megan Fox for a while will get by lazy behind motivated! =)
i obliged to going to this movie with my hubby and i'm usually okay with these types. UM this was HORRIBLE. my comment was: bad acting, too much running from explosions, boobs bouncing, and WAY too loud (i finally started falling asleep). I texted my sister to tell me how much longer it would last.

Oh my heck! I TOTALLY AGREE!! You said ALL of it!! I thought that it was kind of disappointing. I LOVED the first movie, and was really expecting a lot out of this one, and I was HORRIFIED!! I officially am throwing up because of Megan Fox. EEEEEEEEEWWWW!!! I swear, she is too busy trying to act all flirty and everything the whole time, that it just is FREAKY!! Goodness...

I think the movie would be a lot better if they would take Megan Fox out and all the "romance" that they are trying to make work with the rest of the movie and just leave it about the Transformers. I think that adding her in there just makes the movie stupid. But having said that I have to say I did like the movie. I loved Transformers when I was a kid so I can't help myself....blame my parents for letting me watch too much tv. lol
Okay..I saw the movie saturday night, and all I have to say is I thought I was watching a playboy movie..(not that I've ever seen one) anyways, I was like is this movie about machines or this woman??!! I don't care to see her half naked, or to see her change to that white sexy dress, and what about when they were running in the dessert, everyone else was hurt, dirty, sweating, and she looked like she just came out of a salon!! C'mon!!! get real!!
Other than that it was a great movie!
